Social Distancing

Here at Lovell Chohan we have strict social distancing measures in place to protect our clients and staff at all times.

We are fortunate enough to have exceptionally large and spacious offices which means we can avoid all face to face contact through use of our video meeting rooms and cellular offices.

All staff members work from individual air-conditioned offices rather than the usual open-plan spaces most firms operate, therefore providing an extremely safe and comfortable environment for all our clients, staff and associates.

Should there be a need for an actual face to face meeting we can comfortably accommodate the same in our main meeting room where you can sit behind a Perspex screen over 7 meters away from the person you are meeting with. However if you you would rather be in the room alone we can also arrange this via a video link. To add to our safety measures clients and staff enter and leave the main meeting room via separate doors at each end of the room.

Should you still be apprehensive in attending our offices we can arrange a video link meeting so matters can be dealt with from the safety and comfort of your own home or office. 

Please note there are some limitations in relation to matters that can be dealt with by video link. For example a solicitor is required to wittiness the signing of certain forms and documents then your unavoidable attendance will be required and in this regard we again have in place a signature station to safely facilitate the same. The glass screen between 2 separate rooms will ensure no contact takes place between you and your solicitor.
